Meetings are held on alternate Thursdays from September to April each year, beginning at 7:15 for 7:30 p.m.

Meetings take place in the small hall at the rear of The Methodist Church in New Street, Halstead (opposite the public gardens).

Additional meetings take place monthly at "The Five Bells", Mill Lane, Colne Engaine.
